3. Contract of Sale

A contract is formed once we accept, process, and dispatch your order. Confirmation of order placement does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any order.

Prices are subject to change. Any such change will be communicated before order dispatch.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Euro (€), inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout using a secure payment gateway (Stripe). Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

5. Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on stock levels and delivery location. We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 7 working days. If a delay occurs or an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

You may return products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please contact us at hello@sitpls.ie to initiate a return.

Refunds are issued once items are received and inspected. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up until dispatch. If cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued. If cancelled after dispatch, return and refund terms apply.

Custom or special orders may be subject to a restocking fee.

8. Product Description and Accuracy

We make every effort to describe our products accurately. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Dimensions provided are approximate.

9. Liability

sit. is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss resulting from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.

All content on this website — including images, product descriptions, branding, and design — is the property of sit. or its content providers. It may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

11. Governing Law
